Neural Integration System (NIS)
& Craniofacial Therapy
Neural Integration System (NIS) also known as Neurolink (not be to be confused with Elon Musk’s Neuralink) is based on the premise that the brain controls all functions of the body via the central nervous system and can illicit its own self-healing. When the brain-body signals become overloaded optimum function is reduced. When function is reduced various symptoms and disease may arise. Therefore, the NIS can support so many issues including learning difficulties, headaches, sleep issues, immune impairment, hormonal disharmony etc.
Using a specific protocol and a muscle test the practitioner is able to assess which body systems need reconnection. Integration occurs through a gentle tapping on a specific area of the cranium. Craniofacial Therapy uses gentler pressure and stretch techniques along with the cranial rhythm to assess and release fascia restrictions around the body. Katy uses craniofacial as an adjunct to compliment NIS and is not offered as a standalone treatment.
